Paper Therapy started as something personal for us.

On difficult days, we found ourselves going back to creating. Designing something, working with our hands, or simply putting an idea on paper gave us something else to focus on.

So we thought, why not make something out of it?

That's how Paper Therapy started.

For now, it's just the two of us, designing and making our paper goods here in the Philippines. We're still figuring things out, trying new ideas, and enjoying the process of creating something that feels like us.

But we also want to build a community around Paper Therapy. A place for people who enjoy creating, writing, designing, or simply finding a little escape in something creative.

We're starting with our own stories, but as we grow, we hope to make room for others too, and see where their creativity can take them.
